IT IS POSSIBLE! I have found it’s answer on Quora.
It is also possible that you can get a job directly from the country your are currently citizen of. Only that you would need a sheer amount of luck and hard work as you would need to contact various departments and companies for job openings, draft your resumes and cover letters accordingly, and then hopefully be called for a Skype interview. If all goes well, you would end up with a job offer. Otherwise, chances are high that you wouldn’t get a job this way as many people demand immigrants only if they have some special skills to offer which one usually acquires while doing a masters in their country. The ease of being in their country, would make it easy for the recruiter to interview you personally and also help them judge the fact whether you would be comfortable staying a new country.
Doing a MS from Canada would give you an upper hand of getting a job in Canada in comparison to other Bachelor students of Canada and international applicants from all over the globe. Similarly, doing a MS from USA would give you an upper hand of getting a job in USA in comparison to other Bachelor students of USA and international applicants from all over the globe. But, realize that you would be the ‘international applicant’ if you apply for a job in USA after doing MS from Canada.
Update – Another route possible:-
You can do MS from Canada, then take a job in Canadian company which has presence in USA and then later get yourself transferred to USA through the company itself.
If you are fortunate enough to be born in a country where thinking of doing MS in Canada or USA is encouraged, then anything is possible for you in this world.
